Sustainability Pledge and Tempe Chamber member Special Moments Catering wasn’t looking far and wide for someone to produce the lettuce needed for their company’s demands – they were looking for someone close by. Their process of searching and contacting dozens of local farms paid dividends in many ways at they just received their first crop from True Garden, a Mesa urban farm that grows lettuce vertically and aeroponically.
